ORDIT SCHEME

ORDIT Driving Instructor Training and Coach

Your Road to ORDIT!

ORDIT was set up by the (DVSA) Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency with the backing of major driving schools, and the support of the DIA Driving Instructor Association, MSA Motoring Schools Association and NJC, National joint Council of ADI’s to regulate and evidence standards of training providers to ensure that training is of the highest of standards to prevent those that are not ORDIT from providing substandard ADI training to the public wishing to gain entry on to the ADI register.

Everything should be transparent to the customer, and a complaints procedure can be provided if necessary, oppose to training with a non-ORDIT registered trainer you do not have these benefits.

Many driving schools claim to be under the ORDIT instructor provider scheme when there is no evidence of this when asked to provide the necessary qualifications as evidence, i.e. badge in windscreen not present, or avoided in any such discussion to say the least. This means the chances are, these driving instructors claiming this accreditation (ORDIT) have not gone through any of these above requirements meaning either substandard training offered, or not keeping to the processes of that of the National Standards for Drivers and Rider Training syllabus, with no means of anyone to complain too, or to resolve any matters in dispute.
