Online Preparation

Training with us, online in preparation for your Standards Check or Part 3 examination couldn't get any easier, with comprehensive online training and support, at quality and professional standards, that you would expect from a reputable ORDIT registered trainer.

Type of training offered:

1. Hybrid model = 1:1 online training with an in-car approach with a real learner to put what you have learnt in to practice.

2. 1:1 Training = in groups via online to cover either all, or in part - competencies to fill in any missing gaps in knowledge, for a better understanding, linking theory to practice.

3. 1:1 Rescue training = for those that may have failed at least one or more attempts at Part 3.

There is an option for your trainer to accompany you and your learner in a live lesson that will observe your lesson from the back-seat and highlight any areas that may require a need for development, to maximise your full potential and give you the best chances of achieving an "A grade"!  This session is recorded using a track monitoring "word doc" system which is used to capture the lesson in real time highlighting any weaknesses!  All assessments that are carried out by us, are mapped against DVSA requirements and National Standards syllabus, which in turn will give the trainee or experienced trainer seeking development additional confidence, and reduce anxiety and unnecessary stress leading up to that big day with all the added pressure of the unknown.

All training with us, either in-car or online can be added to your CPD/ continuation of professional development portfolio. (In return you will receive our stamp of approval training certification, for your ONLINE masterclass session, if you choose this route).

Our online sessions were a replacement to in-car training during the national lockdown.  However as normality started to kick in, all in-car instructor training has now resumed as to normality, however the online coaching sessions still remain if needed as an option.

 Online Workshop Based Training:

Our workshop - training tool gives a great insight in to structure, assessment criteria and competency grading to help you reach your full potential  in achieving the best result on your Standards Check test.

Sometimes the little things can cause the most confusion and headache.  Well look no further, as it does not need be like this! With our tailored online training we will ensure you walk away with a better understanding of the 17 competencies, and how you can apply this in real-world situations.

ADI/PDI E-Guide

There seems to be little confusion around goals when applying a lesson plan.

If this remains the case, then the goals will never be reached that determines the outcome of where the learner wishes to be by the end of their lesson.  For instance, knowing the lesson theme, and the agreed objective within that theme are just not the same!

"We can help you with this"!

ADI Rescue Training

Do you feel like your fighting a constant battle, when preparing a lesson?

Well, look no further!  I am able to assist with your preparation of your lessons to find a specific starting point which will have a "positive impact" on the lesson itself!  Using the GROW/SMART objectives is a great tool to prepare any learner for their lesson.

So, why not get in touch so we can help you!

Understand Coaching ethics

Understanding the difference between Coaching vs Instruction, and when you may need to use both!

Understanding coaching and client led approach to learning, can be a mindful!

I think it is fair to say, that in coaching we make the client work for the answers, and shift the responsibility for them to analyses and solve problems, with a degree of support and encouragement from the trainer!    So, what about instruction?   This information can be found in the "trainers guide" which is reasonably priced on our form site, for you to purchase.
